where I've been to,
and where I'm going....

By night (and whenever I have free time really) I'm a freelance music journalist. And I hope you can tell from the gigs list below that I'm also a gig enthusiast. While I will never go to as many gigs as my friend and professional hero Steve Lamacq was able to in 1 year (200 gigs?!?!?), I endeavour to go to as many as possible, depending on tour schedules (as DC has come up in the world of gigging, as you can see by the names who have stopped in town) and money (as I travel to England when possible to see bands, and up and down the East Coast if a favourite band isn't stopping in DC).

If you are interested in having me cover a gig (if you are a band or a label or PR representing a band), email me (remove the "NOSPAM"). Please keep in mind that I cannot attend every single gig I am offered (due to time and money constraints) and cannot reply to every email I receive, but I do read everything I'm sent.
